TubeSpin 360 Product Overview
The Powered Tube Spinning Cutter provides clean, efficient, and consistent cutting performance on tubing from 1/4" to 6-5/8" OD for specified materials and unit models. Eliminate saws and chips while achieving faster, square cuts with your existing tube cutters.
Our Process
HOW IT WORKS
THREE STEPS. ONE TOOL.
Mount
Mount the TS360 on your preferred table, tripod or ground mount. Set your tubing on standard roller pipe stands and secure it to the TubeSpin360 spinner using the included collet set. Fits 1/4" to 1.125" OD standard with optional chucks up to 6 5/8" OD.
Spin
Use the foot pedal to start spinning the tube at your preferred speed. Attach your own hand-held tube cutter and begin the cut. Hands-free speed control lets you focus on the work at hand.
Cut, Ream, Deburr
Speed up the spinner for a fast and clean cut. Ream and deburr the tube end before removing. Three operations - 1 setup and you're ready for brazing, soldering or pressing.

HVAC/R
Cut and ream ACR tubing from 1/4" to 5-1/8" with speed and precision. Ideal for rooftop installations where handheld battery-powered cutters may be undersized for larger tubing or oversized for smaller sizes such as 1/4", 5/16", and 3/8".
Plumbing
Compatible with PVC, HDPE, copper, stainless steel, titanium, and steel tubing up to 7" O.D. If you have the tube cutters, we can spin it.
Ornamental Tubing
Secure the tubing from the inside to maintain a clean, mark-free outside surface.
Mechanical & Industrial
Ideal for titanium heat exchanger manufacturing, stainless steel and steel hydraulic piping and process water installations.
Instrumentation
Cut and prepare small bore tubing from 1/8" O.D. and up for instrumentation installation and industrial control systems.
Other
Electrical conduit, exhaust tubing, auger sleeves and irrigation tubing.
